The building offers its residents full service including 24h Doorman and concierge, a panoramic roof deck, laundry room, private storage as well as a parking and supermarket on site.

The building, designed by Horace Ginsbern & Associates was erected in 1962 and contains 186 condominium apartments. Its most famous resident was Paul Desmond, the great alto saxophonist who was a member of the Dave Brubeck Quartet.
