Gallery House Condominium is a full service residential building located in the heart of midtown Manhattan in currently the most coveted residential area. It is located within steps from Central Park, Fifth Ave, Rockefeller Center, Columbus Circle, the Museum of Modern art and many other entertainment and business attractions. The building offers its residents full service including 24h Doorman and concierge, a panoramic roof deck, laundry room, private storage as well as a parking and supermarket on site.
The building, designed by Horace Ginsbern & Associates was erected in 1962 and contains 186 condominium apartments. Its most famous resident was Paul Desmond, the great alto saxophonist who was a member of the Dave Brubeck Quartet.
